Macadamia Nut Trail Bars

Enjoy a healthy and delicious snack and power up in these Macadamia Nut Trail Bars.

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups macadamia nuts
  • 1 and 1/2 cups walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 3/4 cup puffed rice

Directions

  1. Mix together in a bowl 1-1/2 c. macadamia nuts, 1-1/2 c. walnuts, 1/2 c. sunflower seeds, 1/2 c. pumpkin seeds. 3/4 c. puffed rice, 1 c. dried cranberries, 1 c. white chocolate chips, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1/2 c. honey.
  2. Pour onto greased parchment paper in a 9 x 9 pan. Press to shape.
  3. Bake 15 minutes at 350.
  4. Cool to the touch in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  5. Cut bars.
Store at room temperature.
