Enjoy a healthy and delicious snack and power up in these Macadamia Nut Trail Bars.
- 1 and 1/2 cups macadamia nuts
- 1 and 1/2 cups walnuts
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 3/4 cup puffed rice
- Mix together in a bowl 1-1/2 c. macadamia nuts, 1-1/2 c. walnuts, 1/2 c. sunflower seeds, 1/2 c. pumpkin seeds. 3/4 c. puffed rice, 1 c. dried cranberries, 1 c. white chocolate chips, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1/2 c. honey.
- Pour onto greased parchment paper in a 9 x 9 pan. Press to shape.
- Bake 15 minutes at 350.
- Cool to the touch in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Cut bars.
