Satisfaction Policy

If you are unhappy with our products for any reason, we want to make it right. Please contact us by email at sales@UKWAZImakadamia.com or by phone at 512-730-1107.

Products damaged during shipping may be eligible for a refund from the shipping agent (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

Returns
Please do not return your product. If you do, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges/Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item or have an item replaced, send us an email at sales@UKWAZImakadamia.com or call us at 512-730-1107.
